Established, growing organization in the South Orlando area needs an A/P Reporting Specialist. Solid knowledge/background in Accounts Payable required. Previous experience with SAP a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel required! Position Responsibilities: • Collect summarize and input data for the AP Metrics and Reporting • Coordinate preparation and distribution of the Metrics and Reporting on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, analyze for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary • Recommend improvements in procedures and processes • Prepare, maintain and distribute reports to relevant personnel related to blocked, parked, service entries no approved, good receipt vs. invoice receipts, and other reports as necessary on a weekly basis • Review figures of reports and coordinate resolution with internal departments when necessary • Assist with IT department of automation of reports • Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders • Research and resolve issues for vendors when necessary • Perform job responsibilities independently and in a timely manner to meet scheduled deadlines • Liaise with Corporate departments including, IT, Compliance, Finance and Audit Compensation: $14/hr with a FANTASTIC benefits package.
